The Dutch Product Liability & Safety specialists team participated in the ICPHSO (Intl Consumer Product Health & Safety Organization) International Symposium in Londen on 14 and 15 October 2025.

Some takeaways so far:
👉Regulators across the EU are using web crawlers on consumer reviews to detect unsafe products and identify emerging safety trends;
👉AI helps market operators to enhance product safety;
👉The GPSR requires a pro-active approach by having adequate processes in place;
👉and yes, the GPSR Guidelines are expected to be published soon … stay tuned!
